Twister has been one of the most popular products for Czech customers since its introduction in 2001. Overall, the popularity of sandwiches has been growing recently, with customers being able to choose from both a regular and a seasonal offer. Currently, the popular Mega Pocket has returned, which customers were requesting for a long time, and now remains in the offer. The main product is stable, chicken with an original taste according to the recipe of Colonel Sanders and buckets. KFC also regularly launches special and limited menus to liven up the offer for customers so everyone can chose what he/she likes. This year, the offer has expanded to include breakfast, which is generally increasingly popular in the Czech Republic and is offered every morning until 10:30.
Expansion of KFC in the Czech Republic
Since entering the Czech market in 1994, KFC has been developing its concept and restaurant network. Less than a year after the opening of the first restaurant in Prague, KFC began regional expansion with its first branch in Ostrava, followed by Brno, Plzeň, České Budějovice, Olomouc and many other locations. At present, KFC operates 92 restaurants in 25 cities in all regions of the Czech Republic.
